I’m Agung Setiawan, the founder and CEO of CV Woodeco Indonesia. What started on May 2, 2017, as a small venture to turn teak wood waste into innovative home décor products has grown into an international success. My flagship product, the “TEAK BARK” wall panel, alongside besek, traditional bamboo woven containers, are now being exported to five continents.

But my journey wasn’t always smooth.
For eight years, I worked as a parking attendant, barely making ends meet. I experienced failure and bankruptcy. Yet, it was through these trials that I learned the value of resilience. I rebuilt my life and business, one small step at a time.

With determination and a deep belief in sustainable innovation, I turned Woodeco into a leader in eco-friendly products, inspiring markets worldwide. Today, we hold 12 registered trademarks under HAKI, and I continue to push for sustainability and innovation with every product we create.
